I see video cards all over the internet and especially eBay like these two:

Radeon 9600XT

eBay Card

Way cheaper than standard name brands like Powercolor, Sapphire, etc.

Should I stay away from these cards? The specs look the same, so why are cards like these so much cheaper?

Any info would be appreciated... Thanks...
 
OEM just means that it usually doesnt come in the retail box, with all the accessories and software. Sometimes you could be surprised with a nice adapter or maybe a driver cd or something, but not usually

also, the only thing to be concerned about with the brand is whether or not they have good customer service. some companies put out bad products and have no CS so they pretty much suck. you should research anything before you buy it
