Noise Question

Hey, i want to do water cooling because me comp sounds like a bulldozer, now i think its my CPU fan and case fans making all the noise, but i was wondering if it might be the PSU fan. does anyone know how to tell? i don't want to do water cooling and still have my machine loud.

unplugg the case fans, start your computer. Noises gone? If not stop the cpu fan with your finger for a few seconds. If the noises are still there it is the Psu fan.

Water cooling needs fans too, and you still need case fans. With water cooling more CFMs = more cooling...just like case cooling,

You can do quiet WCing, but you better Google a lot before you try.
