Noise Question

unplugg the case fans, start your computer. Noises gone? If not stop the cpu fan with your finger for a few seconds. If the noises are still there it is the Psu fan.

Water cooling needs fans too, and you still need case fans. With water cooling more CFMs = more cooling...just like case cooling,

You can do quiet WCing, but you better Google a lot before you try.
