I figured I would go with the Noctua over the TRUE because of simplicity. The Noctura comes with everything including 2 fans.
The LGA1366-specific version of the TRUE also apparently comes with a fan: http://www.thermalright.com/new_a_page/product_page/cpu/u120ex-1366rt/product_cpu_cooler_1366rt.html
...but that fan would loose the push/pull ability. At least it looks that way.
It might still be possible to attach a second fan with the wire clips.

No,it just comes with the 1366 brackets. Can anyone tell me if the Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 comes with brackets for the 775 & AM2?
With the new TRUE fan bracket, you can buy a second separately and run a push-pull config. The fingers on the bracket interlace together which allows you to do that.

Is the difference even negligable? I thought I read somewhere that there is really no difference in cooling between 1 fan pushing, and 2 fans in push/pull.
