I have an older computer that's been sitting idle for a while.

When I tried turning it on recently there is no video. Aside from that major fact, the computer sounds like it's booting up, the hard drive light goes on and there are no weird beeps.

I have tried two different video cards which I confirmed are working by testing them in other computers.

What would cause there to be no video signal if it's not the video card?
