no USB on Emachines

Pull out the volt meter and see if the ports are actually getting power or not?

Also, did the PSU you replace it with have no negative volt lines whereas the original did?
 
no negative volt lines? Im not sure. I replaced the OEM with an Enermax Noisetaker.

How would I know if had negative lines or not?
