No speedstep in bios?

My mobo manual show's it, but when I check I can't find it anywhere. Btw, it's an Asus P5Q Deluxe. Anyone else have this problem.
 
I have a few P5Q deluxe boards. SpeedStep is exactly where the bios says it is.
 
I have the P5K and I think speedstep is in the CPU section, you may have to enable an auto or manual function to get it to show up.:D
 
Did you look under Advanced CPU?

I have a P5Q-E and It's there

Just look at each option in the bios and you should find it. Also if your trying to disable it make sure to disable C1E as well.
 
Disabling C1E probably disabled speedstep. Either way I remember them being on the same bios screen.
 
Turn C1E back on and see if the option appears. I could look at my BIOS tonight. I have a few of these here at work but I can not take a file server down to look..

Tried it, no go. But with C1E off my OC is stable at what I clocked it at. So I guess Speedstep doesn't matter.
