No space remaining for some reason

I have a 160gig primary drive. This moring i had 90 gigs left. Now it says 0. I didnt get anything today so that doesnt make sense. one second I had 90gigs, second later nothing is left. I tried running chkdsk, but to no avail. Please help me if you can. This is bugging the heck out of me and now I cant write anything to my drive because windows thinks there is nothing left.

EDIT: I just backed up all my stuff and reformated, problem solved, sort of....
