Recently a computer of the family's was given a new motherboard, some more RAM and a reinstall of windows XP home. When the computer person had downloaded the audio driver, im not sure what they did but its not working 
No sound is working on any app. that i open. I ran dxdiag sound tests and that also came out with no sound... Everything is plugged in properly aswell... The comp is a Celeron 1.7ghz with 480ram....As for the mobo its an Asus X series...
