I recently switched my sound card into a different slot to move it away from the video card for better heat control. Everything is installed fine, but i get no audio??? Whats the deal here? Why does it work in that slot and not this one?
 
Have you tried reinstalling the drivers and software? Also you may have to go into the control panel and choose your sound devices.
