When I boot into windows, no services start, and when I attempt to start them manually I get a 1068 Dependency service error. I can't do anything with the OS without the services. Any help? Thanks
 
I'd recommend running an in-place install (reinstall over the top). Make sure to visit windows update after doing this as it will replace files with unpatched versions.
