Just built my new system with a new Abit IC7-MAX3. Pretty much transfered everything I already had to this MB and now in a Lian-Li PC-70 case. No POST. No beep. No nothing...even if I remove all the RAM and try to get a beep nothing. Fans spin. MB shows power and lights up all correct lights when I turn on the power. I hear harddrives spin up. No boot though. Also, this is strange. I have no control over BOTH of my CD drives when the computer is on. Pushing the eject button will not open them....they sit there with their access lights on continuously....UNLESS I remove the ATA cable from the MB to the drives. They I can open and close them. I am guessing the MB is dead. I guess this will be my second Newegg RMA in the last 2 weeks. A DOA Raptor and now this. Anyone have any suggestions before I send this POS back? Maybe my next one will work. What a waste of time....

Please....anyone...I desprate....troubleshoot help...anything...

Fuck it. Just ordered another IC7-MAX3....will RMA this one....maybe someone will want to pick up the board I get back cheap...I'll make a good deal.
