no overclock with CCC

My Visiontek 3870s with CCC cant overclock the memory its greyed out and can only go up to 830 from 800 on the core. Any ideas why that is? Can overclok it with Rivatuner but seems to only let 1 card overclock other one goes back to default when click apply.
