No horizontal scroll in bootcamp

I'm using XP on bootcamp and no matter what drivers I use, I cannot get horizontal scroll to work. Its a c2d Macbook running Leopard. Any ideas what may be going wrong?
 
Okay, seeing as nobody knows of a solution, anyone else experiencing the same problem?
 
i rarely use my windows 7 partition, but i don't recall being able to to use the horizontal scroll (with the 2 finger swipe)

SL + win7, so even the new bootcamp drivers dont support it.
