Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. At the request of Kyle's lawyers (and it was a request) I've removed all court documents from my site and Kyle has reluctlantly (and it's killing him to do this) disabled the case threads. The fear is that we might be giving Infinium's lawyers too much information. :p

We've already discovered Infinium caught in a lie or two and my guess is by discussing it we help Infinium find a defense for it. This isn't a free speech issue. It's about being smart. This is a war with a lot at stake. It's best that we watch what we say and where we say it. The news is going forth. Slashdot published a story about the case today well as Gamespot. It abundantly clear whose side the public is on. My advice is to continue showing vocal support and follow the case privately. All the information I found is publicly available. It isn't that hard to get. ;) Instead of me posting it, you'll have to do the legwork yourself now on.

This whole thing is going to take a while. Let's let the lawyers play it out. (Although as soon as the case is settled, I'm letting the dogs loose.) Although Kyle can't say much publicly or privately about the whole thing, he does read your messages and truly appreciates your support.

Good call. Being the son of a lawyer, I know how things can be unleashed and become available to the wrong people.

What he is saying is there will be no further discussion on the case on this forum until such a time that Kyle sees fit to post an update. This is to protect his interest and that of the forums. :)
