no floppy plug how to raid on intel board?

I just bought a Intel mobo BLKDQ35JOE for use as a cheap server using Small Business Windows Server 2003. It comes with a floppy disc for the raid drivers, but no floppy plug on the mobo, the whole reason we changed over to this board in the first place is the original board we were going to use doesnt have raid. Is there a way to load the raid drivers for a bootable OS?

USB floppy emulation mode in BIOS

pop in a flash drive press F6

I wish I knew before that it was that simple... talk about stress on a friday afternoon..
