no driver for sm bus controller?

just installed a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H with an I5/3570K. Device manager shows a yellow triangle next to sm bus controller. I've run the driver cd from gigabyte, looked for a driver on my computer andf had device manager look for a driver on the internet. Device manager cannot ID the device or find a driver. What am I looking for?
 
I just went to the Gigabyte download center online and ran the utility....the problem now seems to be resolved.:)
