my computer monitor does not display even during BIOS startup.
verified that my monitor is working by pluging into another computer.
Plug in another working AGP card also no display.
What could be wrong here?
 
The obvious next question is, does your AGP slot work? Next after that is, does the motherboard have onboard video that you forgot to disable (the BIOS might be defaulting to onboard)?
 
Plug the monitor into the onboard video connector instead of the AGP card. (Assuming you have onboard video, of course - what motherboard is it?)
 
Your Mobo bios does not recognise your monitor, hince it might not be plug & play monitor. Find another & retest. :)
