No Digital signal!

I have a Saphire X800XL 512MB card that was working fine for about a week,then one day I turn on my monitor and it's says there is no digital signal,so I hook up my analog connection and I get a picture but analog only no digital.I thought it maybe the cable or the monitor so I disconnect my ATI card and install my old 6600GT with correct drivers and I get a digital signal! I have nothing overclocked and have never overclocked this card! Like I said when I hook it via analog cable and connection everything works fine. Any ideas?
