While building a new rig with a Gigabyte 965p - S3, intel 6600e, readon 1900gt and OZ ram I cannot get the system to boot. The display does not show, there is no beep it just turns on but nothing happens. My power supply is a seasonic so i dont think that is the issue could it be a faulty motherboard?

Try re-seating the CPU. It's probably your ram. What ram do you have? Do you have a spare stick of ddr2? If so, boot with that stick and set the VDIMM to whatever voltage those OCZ's need. If that spare stick doesnt work (try all dimm slots), then its probably your mobo. Make sure you're doing all this testing outside of the case, with the mobo on top of its box on your desk with only the essentials plugged in. Oh yah, try another vidcard if you have one.
