Hey
i'm about to buy the New E6600 when it arrive here...
i need a cooler for it and i taught about few options :
1. Scythe Ninja Plus (36$)
2. Zalman CNPS9500 LED (74$)
3. ThermalTake BigTyphoon (52$)

what do u think will preform the best with Gigabyte 3D Aurora Case ?
I'de might do some OC but nothing Professional...
My opinion is the Ninja but i came here to ask before i buy, i never know what hides :)
is the nina 92MM fan work and chill as good the the Typhoon 120 MM ?
or i might get the zalman ?

And one more thing about Thermal Grease :
we have here the "ArcticSilver 5 (3grams)" but we have the Arctic Cooling Grease named "MX1" (http://arctic-cooling.com/further_prod2.php?idx=60) and the Zalman "ZALMAN ZM-STG1" what should i choose ?

Thanks,
Chen

Big Typhoon and Ninja are neck to neck..it's tough to say which is better...however the ninja is much lighter, puts less pressure on the motherboard, and is significantly cheaper...therefore, I say the ninja is the winner.

i see :) thanks !
and if i add one more Fan at the other side of the ninja to Exasust the air ? will it help ?

and about he Thermal Grease anyone ?

I'd say Thermaltake Big Typhoon. It's one of the best coolers out there plus it's fan blows some air over the mainboard (power components, chipset, memory).

As far as the paste goes, be sure to get Zalman! It comes in a bottle with a brush so you can make a very thin layer with no fuss. It gets very good results because of this.
