I have a P5N-E SLI with E6300 (OC to 2.625 GHz), 2GB OCZ DDR2-800 in an Antec Solo with 120mm Yate Loon exhaust, SeaSonic S12-430 PSU (HDDs Raptor, Seagate; DVD-R Samsung). I put a Noctua NC-U6 on the NorthBridge, and want to upgrade my CPU HSF from the Sunbeam Silent Whisper.

My two top candidates are the Ninja and the Kingwin RVT-12025 (rebadged Xigmatek S-1283). Any comments or suggestions?

Honestly, I think the performance would be about the same, I'd go for the Kingwin simply for the size & ease of mounting. Either way, get a thermalright bolt through kit for it for an extra $5.

For the record, I have the ninja, I'll be buying the kingwin soon, just because the Ninja is ridiculously bulky.

I already have the bolt-through kit.

I'm inclined more towards the Kingwin because it won't loom over my memory slots like the Ninja.

I'm a kingwin fan myself I'm trying to decide on this vs. the RVT-12025D

I'm just hating the Ninja right now because I had to reseat the heatsink, which meant undoing 5 hours worth of cable management that I did LAST weekend. That, and wrestling with the clips if the heatsink is in the case... just drives me nuts.

I ordered the Kingwin Sunday night, Directron shipped it Monday. I also went to Sidewinder for another TR Bolt-Through kit (for when I reuse my Sunbeam) and some AS Alumina adhesive, also shipped Monday. I'll likely wait until this weekend to change hardware, so it'll be sometime next week before I have any results to report.
