Nikao? WTF?

Nikao likely isn't the manufacturer of the fans, they probably are just rebranders. That fan doesn't look like a very bad deal, it has a ball-bearing design, so it won't fail as soon as the typical sleeve-bearing equipped models (when run at 12V).

Coolermaster makes some pretty nice LED units.
