I forgot how much I paid for it, but it was totally worth it. Silver Efex alone is probably the best b&w converted out there. Highly recommend it to all of you guys!
 
I used this years ago, done remember google owning maybe an acquisition for them? Either way the BW converter was awesome and glad to have it again.
 
Yes. Google purchased Nik a year and change ago. I think the big reason to do so was for mobile and also for strategies involving Google+. I'm certain many of the image manipulation technologies transferred over. I wouldn't doubt if Snapseed as an example is based purely upon Nik tech.
