For what ever reason FAHmon and spy and what not tell me I'm pulling 27K, but the daily scores are around 22-24K.

You're only trying to out fold 3x260s and a 9650.

There is a small PPD difference because of the 24 hour system the stats are on.
You may get a unit in after midnight, and it would count towards the next day's points.
F@H monitoring programs don't correct for this.
Don't forget to include your upload/downtime times in your PPD numbers as these programs don't correct for this either.

Your PPD avarage should show a number very close to your local numbers after a week or so. Of course, if you start to get different WU's (with different points) it will change.

to add to this.. the PPD you see in F@H mon only reflects those WU's you are working on and if you were working on the same WU's 24 hours a day which will never happen.. your actual PPD will fluctuate over the 24 hours due to WU's having different point values.. so if say you get a lot of 511 wu's for one day.. your PPD will be lower.. but you get a lot of 311 point WU's then your PPD will be higher for that day.. the PPD in the monitors is ok to go by for that perticular WU you are working on.. but other then that stats wise it means nothing.. the only number you should go by is your 24 hour point total on the stats page..

lol im just screwin with ya.. i havent run F@H since the Chimp challange.. im part of the DC-vault team and dont really have a desire to run F@H anytime soon..

That wouldn't change the average PPD though, only the day-to-day points output (uploading one less unit one day and one more unit the next day will average out to the same overall production). The fact is that Fahmon and other monitoring apps are generally a little optimistic when it comes to PPD estimations. I saw it with Fahmon when I still used it, and still now with HFM.NET (although I find that HFM is closer to my actual production, and overall I think it's a much better app than Fahmon in its current state - I suggest that everyone give it a shot ;)).
 
looks like pushing my OC on that 9650 was my issue.

I noted a couple units that failed, and a couple that completed but failed the end of run checks.

Dropping down to 4.05 GHz from 4.1 ended the troubles and the KPPD is going up again.

Crosshairs - I'm still coming for you :D but with the Points gap it could take me a bit. That and it looks like with your farm fully online you are still coming up to speed 28KPPD and climbing.

It's hard to pass in the top 100 nose bleed scection. even when you are over 20KPPD

Well, I just pulled a hot and smoking XFX 8800GT out of one of my boxes....
I guess the fan stopped sometime last night and I just got home to a blue screen....

so that's gonna give you a break until I can get a replacement....:p

This thing is only 4 months old, I hope I can get an RMA..

if not, I might as well grab a used 260 and go for the gusto..;)
