Nice recommended PSU list

It's a fairly good comprehensive list. Missing a few power supplies in some areas, and I would not recommend some others (Antec CP series are one series I wouldn't recommend, due to its limited range of application and price).

But yes, the low range is fairly limited, especially when looking for budget options. Pretty much the best budget option you can get is the CX430 V2 when it goes for less than $20 AR.
