NIC Teaming in Hyper-V 2012

I installed Hyper-V Server 2012 and I don't understand the networking portion of it at all. On my ESXi box, I installed ESXi, and set a single static IP address to access the server through vSphere. I then teamed the two NICs together.

On my other server which has 4 NICs, I installed Hyper-V. When it booted up, there are 4 NICs each with their own IP address from DHCP. Which also shows up in DNS 4 times. Even if I set static IP addresses, they will all have their own address. How do I combine all these NICs together under a single IP address?
 
Of leave them alone, WS2012 does REALLY well with multiple NICs and multiple IPs.
