NFS-MW game, directX 9 error with WIN X64

Hello im having some pretty lame issues while installing my game Need for speed most wanted. this game will report that i do not have directX 9. But i do have directX 9c, so as i have heard im supose to swith its compatibillity to windows 2000 mode if that error occurs. so i try it and it works trys to install inspects directX9 again, and it give me this error:::::

(QUOTE MY ERROR I RECIEVE) the software you are installing has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibillity with this version of windows.
this software will not be installed. contact your system administrator.

UNQUOTE:::: i have tryed everything, reinstalling directX 9c. ive tryed different compatibillity modes. any help is aprecciated thanks.
 
Its a problem with NFS:MW installer

You need to copy the cd or dvd to your hard disk, then delete the line that checks for dx9 on autorun.cfg, then install the game from the hd.
 
Ok i just copied all 4 cd's to my computer they are mdf images. now do you know how i delete the dx9 checking file? thanks!
