Nforce4 second Lan connector not working

I just got a DFI Lanparty Ut nf4 ultra d mobo and all the rest of the part for xmas. Its working great but, one of the ports is working. The one that is working is the Marvell Yukon 88E8001/8003/8010 one. I have installed the nforce and marvell drivers multiple times.

Is it disabled in the bios or windows?

So... why don't you enable it in the BIOS?

ehhh it was kinda weird.

I fixed it tho be installing the sound card drivers (???).

Now, we both are connected to the internet for a few seconds (via a bridge) then we get an error because we have the same IP. He has a dynamic DSL connection (SBC).
