I'm purchasing some new RAM very soon, but I've never really looked into the memory controller with what chip combonations it can take (don't know if I used the right term there...>.> But hopefully you get what i mean)

Anywho, my Mobo is a MSI K7N2- (something something), the RAM I'm purchasing (planning to...) is a Kingston Value RAM Dual Channel 2x1GB kit. On the sites page from which i am buying, it says this:

Thecomponents on each module include sixteen 64M x 8-bit (16M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR400SDRAM in TSOP packages.

MSI:

NOTE: nForce2 does not support x4 memory for 1GB but it could support other density of dram chip such as x 8, x16...

This is what's confusing me... I dont' quite understand.

Will this RAM work, or not?

Thank you very much,
Nuzz.

Edit: I would like a reply ASAP as I'm meant to be placing the order right now... ^_-

Don't mean to seem pushy, but I really do need to know quickly... :(
