Is the Hyper transport 1000 or 800 by default on the NF3 ultra? - I thought it was 1000 as my defualt settings set the multiplier to 5x200 but when I try to run 4x250 I get weirdness.
 
try lowering the htt multiplier one and see what happens =P there isnt much of a performance diff between 800 and 1000 so i wouldnt worry about the ht frequency.
 
what mobo u got, i got a msi k8n neo2 platinum (also nforce 3) and i have no trouble at a fsb of 250. besides, there could be so many other pactors limiting your oc, eg ram and cpu

using an Zalman aluminum/copper cooler and TAGAN 480 watt Power Supply (a bad mama jama!).

I can run 250 HTT but I can't run 250 x 4 only 250 x3 seems stable.

When I set it up and it booted @ stock the it was 200x5 HTT so I assumed it was 1000MB no matter what??
