Wasn't sure where to post this, but has anyone ever persuaded Newegg to refund an item that was listed as non-refundable?

That's what happens when you buy open box. You should be able to send it in for an equal exchange, or as I've done before, RMAd it to the oem

Uh, other way around Chris. Open box means refund only - no exchange.

It wasn't an open box, it was a new monitor.

I guess having been spoiled by their customer service in the past (allowing me to get a non-restock fee refund on a lemon video card w/ cut UPC code), I thought they would cut me another break.
