I was wondering if anyone has gotten a Mobile barton recently if the could post there Chip they bought and what stepping it is?
 
Im interested as well, this is the model newegg is listing if anyone has used this one AXMH2500FQQ4C Also if anyone knows is there any real difference between this one and the IQYFA?
 
I will buy one have to figure out which one and from where..

I wouldnt call the A stepping "bad" by any standards. in order of OCability, best to not the best:

IQZFA
IQYFA
AQZFA
AQYFA --> What I have
 
I just ordered from New about 2wks ago and got the AQ 0346 hoser from the Jersey warehouse. I believe the east coast is the culprit shipping the old chips. CA is still shipping the IQ 04 stepping I think. Depends on where you live and the luck of the draw.
 
Yea I live on the east coast but I ordered something with mine that had to come from california evidently. Got me a IQYHA.
The other item I got was a samsung 52x cd-rom.
 
Maybe you just got lucky, or they ran out of the old stock finally, OR we've been getting screwed by older RMA'd cores that didn't OC well! who knows.

current oc... 215x12=2580MHz @ 1.85v (1.8v true) and still testing. i confident with a better psu and better cooling i could be at 2700-2800+ MHz. by the way i bought at newegg like a week or two ago.
 
I don't think anyone means it's really "bad", it's just probably not quite as good as the IQ. I'm not RMA'ing my AQ just to try and get an IQ or anything. If I was trying for the bleeding edge of OC'ing, then I might be really pissed though ;)

ooooo , new week lemme know how that thing OC's. I got a 0343 week and am able to only push 2.42ghz @ 1.9bios (1.85true). Though I still can't complain about the OC. :)
 
Bought it about 3 weeks ago at Newegg for $104.

- Athlon XP-M 2600+
- IQYHA 0401UPMW

Highest Stable Result (for now): 2.70GHz, 1.85vcore

Currently running at a nice 11x240 right now. 1.85vcore.

Air cooling.

Probably won't be able to help you much with that. I got it as a cheap upgrade to drop into my KT7A-RAID v1.1. I haven't been able to get it over 1.67GHz yet because it's using the lower multipliers...
 
Got a IQYHA from NJ yesterday and its at 2.2 right now with a stock 2800+ hsf and crappy radio shack thermal paste.
 
My IQYHA came in from NJ last week, not using it until I get my new pump tho :/ Anyone really try to push this one yet ?
 
My AQ won't even go past 2.4 yet! Could still be my memory (KHX 3500, 1gig), but I'm not even getting past 210 FSB at 2.4ghz! I've pumped up the voltages some, but not insane levels. Air cooling w/ SP97
 
I got an AQYHA xpm2600 a little more than a month ago.

2.52 ghz at 1.8v (in bios, my board slightly undervolts)

2.64 ghz at 1.875v

haven't got it stable at 2.7 or higher tho.



now I kinda wanna get rid of it and get a newer stepping, LOL never satisfied.


anyone want an almost new xpm2600? :)
 
i just got my mobile from new egg last week. max on air is 2.8 (10x280) :p buy now!! :cool:
 
my chip is the current Mobile 2400+ being sold at new egg right now...hehe...but there is also a thing called luck and HIGH VOLTS BABY!!! 2volt core and 3.66volt ram!! :eek:
 
Mine's a 2600+ I got from Newegg Cali Monday
Been running in my backup rig all week for testing.

The board is maxed out at 12.5 Multi, 1.78 vcore, and 208 FSB.

Will be going to the main rig with water this weekend.
 
I got my 2500+M from newegg yesterday. I will post it's stepping tonight. I have it at 11X200 for now. I will max it out later. I will post the stepping tonight. It came from Cali and starts with an IQ if I remember.

ordered mine sunday. ( 2500)

stepping starts with an "I". Didnt pay much attention

it'll run 2600 @ 2v, it will boot into windows 2700 @ 2.1v. Havent dared to go farther. Never gone over 44C load.
 
I ordered mine Mobile XP2500+ last Friday and got it on Tuesday (april 13th) and it was shipped from NJ. The CPU overclocks like f-ing crazy.

Running 2.63ghz (210x12.5) on abit nf7-s with 1.75v voltage (its somewhere around 1.71v since abit undervolts). Perfectly stable on Prime95 and running under 40C full load with watercooling setup.

Here is full stepping:

AXMH 2500FQQ4C
IQYHA 0408RPMW

Edit: Does 2.8ghz with 1.93v. Prime95 not stable though, I'm sure it would be with 2.0v but I didn't bother trying. 2.73ghz seems stable with prime95 and 1.875v.
 
I just ordered one today. I'll keep you people in mind when I get it.
 
i got me a Moblie Xp2500 stepping IQYHA 0405SPFW
on my epox KT600 board i was able to do 2632 prime stable for 20 hours at 2.0v i al water cooled so i was ok...i just got me a NF7-S in today i working on it now to see what i can get
