my refund was processed and they sent me a email confirming it..

well does the money go right back to my CC directly

or do they send me a check etc

b/c in the screen.. under my billing info

it says fedex express
 
Why is this in the video card section?

It would be better if you asked Newegg themselves, I think.
 
if you used a CC then there will be a credit on your card in 2 or 3 business days, thats just how long the banks take to process it
