Newegg is a NIGHTMARE

I have never been more impressed with newegg. Until I see otherwise, I will pick them over anything else.

2 day ground shipping is an all out miracle, so fedex must also be put on this pedestal.
 
ok i been lurkin the boards for a while now but never registered but i felt i had to speak up on this one......i have bought multiple times thru newegg (aprox 10-12 times for 4-5k worth)......altho a very great company i have had some bad experiences but nothing worth not buying from

1. whenever i order something it gets delayed due to CC issues (it says that my billing address does not match my shipping address)......which doesnt make sense since i ship to my billing address......heck i even used my parents CC hard once when i had to overnight something just in case and once again it got delayed.....yes i was pissed....but i'll live.....anybody know why this happens anyways? (i never bothered to call too lazy)

2. i ordered a black drive from them and i got a beige one (not a big deal since i sold it to a friend at cost)

other than these 2 things i've noticed MANY great things such as their great service (i even got some free stuff from them like a t-shirt)......and i have heard many great things about them from many friends as well......i could go on but everyone is entitled to their own opinions....and heck...even i have been guilty of being too lazy to get my money back =P

Newegg service takes a bit of a dive if there are 'quirks' with your method of payment -- but that's to be expected, as no one likes to lose money.
