Indeed I have. I also have made a few purchases in the last few days and need to make several more. I'm sure that's completely unrelated to why I don't get the 8% bucks (and thus the fuck ebay comment!)

Red dragon model is cool and quiet FYI, clocks good too even though most of them are Hynix. I owned one and the cooler is stellar.

The 8% is targeted. I got it on one account, but not the other.

They're trying to unload the 56 and 64 cards before the new ones come out in a few weeks. It's absolutely a super hot deal. There's a hybrid Vega 64 in my main machine that I paid twice that for about a year ago.
