Newegg Dead?

Has anybody else notices how Newegg is totally dead. Nobody is able to check-out at the store since about yesterday morning. This comes at a crucial time, when I was supposed to order my brother's computer for his Middle School Graduation tomorrow. It's definately too late now, and he'll end up getting the parts on Monday if the site isn't up soon. I would have thought that their technicians would have worked on it last night, but I woke up this morning to find it still down. This royally blows... come on Newegg, get back up, make some money, make me happy, and make a 14 year old happy!
 
I ordered a motherboard from them yesterday at 419pm pacific time.

I just got my $900 order through... I'll post pictures of the computer in the galleries once finished. Seems that Newegg was indeed having trouble, which led me to believe that this was the reason why I couldn't get through. However, it turns out it was a setting in my Linksys Wireless Router. I am so pissed right now at that router... cost me so much trouble!
 
they have been doing some pretty heavy modifications to the site. they probably had to take it down for a bit.
 
:eek: I don't like the side panels, now they look like all the other vendors pages. At least they should have left the side panels out when I click on "Shop By Category". I was wondering how long it would take their egos to screw up the web site. Let's hope their excellent service stays the same! :D

Almost forgot, they are also not mixing in the out-of-stock items anymore in the Highest Price or Lowest Price lists. These items start over again at the bottom of the list, WTF?! :mad:
 
I think it's an improvement. They were smart by doing it in pieces. They kept upgrading different things until they end up with an almost totally redesigned website.

My only beef now is that there is no Wish List button at the top of the page anymore. That and where the heck is the Antec SLK2650-BQE? That thing is supposed to be in stock today and I want to get it ordered since it's the only remaining piece left to buy for that computer.
 
I should probably test it out for you by buying something :D. . .

Unfortunately, I'm trying to talk myself out of talking myself into impulse buys.
 
...they were a little weird this AM, but I just got an order off.
