I like how they give us a promo code but on the actual product page it has a promo code for the exact same amount off and you can not stack them. I agree the egg has been sucking pricewise for a while now.
 
The 950 deal isn't bad, I bit. Brought it down to cheaper than the 930, so I call that a win.

Same. I only go to the Egg when Amazon doesn't have what I need, which is very rare. I miss the good old days when NewEgg had good prices and service, so sad they've gone to shit as they have grown.
 
that 4670 price is terrible. I bought mine for $70 back in october of last year with a $30 MIR! Good job Newegg *sarcasm*
 
A friend was about to buy a 32 GB SDHC card from Newegg. I suggested to him to do a sanity check and look up that item on Amazon. It was about $10 cheaper, so he bought it from Amazon instead.
 
They lost roughly $1400 in business from me today, just because the Optima projector was a few bucks cheaper and with free shipping on the Zon. Which made me buy the screen from them too.

However, their Rosewill ceiling mount for projector is cheapest around, so I'll probably get that.
 
So, I'm going to try and counter all this negative energy... I know I will fail, but Newegg has usually done me right. Of course I still shop around, and yes I buy from other places as well. I still usually go to Newegg first though. I just bought some extra ram for my MacBook there this weekend. They still came out ahead, even with taxes (darn that warehouse in TN!).

Now, being able to buy shoes through newegg... that doesn't seem right.
