i would prefer it is from newegg.

i want it to include a power supply, designs i like include the antex p180 and sonata 2 & 3.

everytime i read reviews about the sonata, i read it sucks. average powersupply like 350W should be fine for me, i would like it to be quiet

p.s.
sata power needed.
or a combo of a case and powersupply. or hell, even a quality quiet power supply would probably work.
prefer non flashy, blinky lighty.

i have a current 3 year old build running on a 250watt very cheap raidmax powersupply
since i added a 7800gs to the system, i am unable to power both hard drives, the 7800gs and the 2 fans at once. (all molex swapped everywhich way)
i can however run both hard drives and the videocard without fans, and have been doing so for at least a year

the powersupply is loud, i will be upgrading to a sata hdd and i would appreciate a native sata powersupply cable.
but im also considering purchasing a case, my componants run very well, on zero case air circulation. and i look forward to having a powersupply that can support case fans. :D

and i think i will need a to connect a floppy drive to it in order to install windows xp to the new hdd, i dont know about new powersupplies and the legacy connectors for floppy drives.

im just looking for an improvement until there comes a game i want to play, and then ill buy all new items.

The 180 does not come with a PSU. The Sonata PSU is fine for some builds, but what do you plan on building?

Investing is a good PSU is not sexy but it will protect and prolong your hardware.
 
These Antec's have power units included.

Antec NSK 4400 comes with an su-380 psu

Antec NSK 6500 comes with an su-430 psu

Antec P150 comes with an Neo-He 430 psu

If looking for the power unit alone:

With out knowing what your budget is or what the build consist of it will be very hard for us to point you to a decent psu or case.

I have the P180 and I am very happy with it. Its cool, quiet and a smart design. No ugly lights, windows or any other ricer options.
Just grab a PSU. No need to narrow yourself down to cases that comes with them.

With those spec's you should be fine with an fsp psu or even one of the low end SeaSonic S12's

If your going for the case psu combo then any of the one's i posted should fit the bill fine.
 
Yeah I think they've got a few cheap FSP psus over at the egg that we're pretty cheap, $40-ish I think.
