I am looking ath 19" monitors and before they were all 35 bucks shipping or even 45...

now it seems that some are 25...whats up with that. Is there a speicla deal going on or does it just change constantly?

I am looking at theFE991SB-BK at the moment.
 
The shipping prices were lowered because the actual prices were raised. Pretty close or the same total cost in the end. Just a sales tactic. One of those monitors is shadow mask and the other aperature grille I believe.
