okay.. so when you buy something OEM you must purchase some hardware with it... does a cooling fan count?
 
Anything. Usually Newegg has a special where you can get a Y Molex splitter for free if you buy Windows, or some sort of deal. And that's if you're buying OEM software. OEM hardware you don't need to buy hardware with. (duh)
 
I wnat to buy a natural microsoft keyboard OEM.. and it say's you must purchase hardware with it...
