umm, what does "bump" mean? Used a lot in the For sale/For trade forum. Would post it in there but all there is in there is WTB and FS/FT threads and this would stand out...
 
They are just bringing their topic back to the top so others see it before it gets pushed to the second (or third or fourth) page.

Same thing with TTT (To The Top).
