Newbie question

Hi,

I need to buy a new desktop.
My current one that I bought components by components in Chinatown 4 years or so ago is reaching its limit.
I no longer know what mobo, video card, CPU etc is good and I don't need a monster.
I'm watching movies, some photo post processing and Internet/office work.
I guess a fairly basic config would do.

BestBuy seem to have some good deals with refurbished computers.
Is this one good or well priced (in Canada)?

This system looks fine for your needs. But if you search Dell and find a system with better specs that costs less (than this one), then go ahead and get that instead.
