Need a few pointers for my first OC attempt (RAM and Proc)

AMD 64 3200+ (2.2ghz Stock)
Asus K8N-E Deluxe Mobo (Bios 1005)
1024MB (2 x 512MB) Kingston PC3200
Seagate Barrracuda 200gb SATA
ATI Radeon 9800XT 256mb/256bit Omega Catalyst Drivers W/ ATI Silencer 3 Cooler
(Ya it's a flashed 9800 pro 256--but it's still sweet)
Pioneer 16x Dual Layer DVD-RW
Lite On 52X CD-RW
