so i have something like this
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproductdesc.asp?description=11-124-060&DEPA=1

its not exactly that nor an emerson but it has a similar side window which i dislike because the "X" on the side window covers up some of my insides which i like to show off.
now, wat i want to do is go to home depot or some hardware store and buy flexi glass and have them cut it for me in the dimensions as my side window. i was wondering if anyone has done this before, if so, what would u use to make the flexi glass stick to the case? also i would have to cut an opening on the side because i want an exhaust fan. any suggestions? i plan on taking pictures when i get started.

the Plexi glass could be stuck to the panel the same way it is now. Just pop out those little plastic rivets and put holes in the new plexi that lines up with the holes, and put them back in.

Other than that, you could use small screws, a silicone or similar adhesive (clear/dries clear), or buy a pop-rivet tool and put some TOUGH GUY LOOKIN' rivets in the old holes.
