My question is what configuration options can I use (if any) to optimize my folding for the [H]orde?

3 of my folding boxes are AMD Athlon XPs
1 AMD k62-400
1 P3 450
and 1 (soon to be 4) P3 700.

Are there any options that help processing on one architecture versus the other?

the only other flag that you would even consider with those would be the -advmethods for the 3 athlon xp's,

BUT since they redid the points schemes, athlons are doing better w/o the -advmethods flag. so no more -advmethods for athlons
 
With the reworked scoring system, are P3's also better off without the -advmethods flag? They used to perform more clock-for-clock with Athlons than P4's, but I've never compared them with Gromacs or Tinkers.
