newbie build an amd system ( WC system)

please help me:

cpu block: i dont know yet
reseivor: single bay reseivor
radiator: 2x120 rad ( either RX240 or MCR220)
fan: Coolermaster R4

my system:

cpu: PII x2 550 (X4 B50 3.2ghz) - AMD PII X4 955 or X6 cpu
video card right now 4550 later i will get GT240


i think i am going to have one loop ( only cpu watercooled)

i want to know which rad (RX240 or MCR220) can support R4 or i have to buy the GT fan.
also i read the PII x4 965 does not take a lot of heat. is that true.

read that if you have basic questions its a pretty good guide for just general stuff, go to Frozencpu.com and just search through the water blocks for your socket type and read reviews, im sure swiftech makes a block for you that works great.
