radeon 7500 AIW AGP

OK i just bought a radeon 7500 AIW AGP from a friend of mine for $40. My whole purpose by is to record tv on my pc .. tivo like. Only problem is my friend did not have the original installation cd for the radeon AIW. So i dont have any software to record the channels. I am wondering does that software come on the original disc? I guess i need like a tv guide type thing to set recordings on channels & times. If this is not available on the ATI software, what software should i get to do this? And if it is on the original disc, where can i get that software?
 
that link isnt working. but from what i can tell on ati's web page they only offer updates to the original cd, which i dont have.
