I know this is a Newb question, but I just installed my Scythe S-Flex SFF21F Fans (times 3) into my Antec 900.

I installed them with the label being visible looking through the front (and the rear fan label can also be seen looking through the back grate) of the Antec 900, is this correct? Please keep in mind that I have not picked up a PSU for this case yet, just trying to get the air flow direction correct!

Thanks!

The label is the direction the air will be flowing, so you want the ones in the back of the case facing out, the ones in the front facing in. Basically, you want all of the labels to be facing to the back of the case.

depends on what you want to achive. The fans generally suck in air from the sticker-side, so if you want that rear fan to be an exhaust then you need to turn it around so that the sticker is "inside" the case.

It may be good to remember that all your fans blow the same way so orienting them in the same direction will make them all blow the same way...

Yeah Darth, I want it flowing through the case altogether. So what I need to do is just change the rear fan so the sticker is inside and I should be good to go.

Well I just tested it using my girlfriends comp, the sticker is the directional flow blowing OUT and away from the fan, out of the case. So the way I have it set up, with the labels being able to be seen looking into the front of the case would mean the air flow is blowing back out the front. I need to reverse the fans (and the flow consequently), so that they blow in from the front to the back which blows out. :)

Thanks Zimm!

On the S-Flex fans (I have one) the sticker side is the exhaust. ;)
