New X1800XT wrong clocks?

According to ATI Tool .25 beta 10 my default clocks are 600/700. Shouldn't they be 625/750?
 
yes and no. indeed those are the right clocks:)
as soon as you enter an application it goes into 3d mode.
and a newer ati tool would be nice:)
